Disassembly report: Encore 45W Gan Super Charge

2021-06-28

At the launch of new products with the theme of "full charge for life" held by ANC innovation, we launched the "Super Charge" series of Gan chargers, which have three kinds of power: 30W, 45W and 65W. It's the same as the Super Charge Series in appearance design, with only differences in size and folding pin. Before that, the detailed disassembly of 65W and 30W super charge has been completed.

Now I will continue to bring you the detailed disassembly of ANC 45W Gan Super Charge national version. Of course, this charger has been evaluated in detail before. Let's take a look at the specific design materials of the charger.

Before that, the charging head network had also disassembled many chargers, such as Acer nano 20W PD fast charging, Acer 65W PD fast charging, Acer 1a1c 38W double port fast charging, Acer 60W 1a1c Gan fast charging, Acer 30W Gan fast charging, Acer 60W double C-Port Gan fast charging, Acer 65W Gan 4-port desktop PD fast charging, and Acer powerport atom PD 4 100W charger, You can click the blue font to view the details of product disassembly.

Starting from 45W super charge, the charger is equipped with foldable pins, which makes the product more portable and suitable for carrying on business trips. The product still supports QC, PD and PPS fast charging protocols, with two PPS voltage ranges of 3.3-16v3a and 3.3-21v2.25a, meeting the fast charging needs of mobile phones, brands and some pen phones.

Through the disassembly of the charging head network, it is learned that the charger adopts the high integration and fast charging scheme of PI in3379c. In addition, Weiquan wt6636f protocol chip is still used. Compared with the output VBUS switch tube, the 30W super charge of the synchronous rectifier tube has no change. Instead, the power is increased to 45W by replacing the main control chip with in3379c. In addition, Zhongyuan electrolytic capacitor and Yongming small volume solid-state capacitor are used for input and output filtering.
