Disassembly report: Beisi 67W 1a1c gallium nitride charger2024-09-04
Baseus Beisi recently launched a new 67W gallium nitride fast charge, which adopts a fixed pin design, and is smaller and more portable. The charger adopts 1a1c interface configuration to support the charging of new and old equipment. It also supports a group of PPS fast charging of 3.3-11v 5a, which has good fast charging compatibility with Android phones and laptops that support high-power fast charging.
Charging head network has obtained this gallium nitride charger newly launched by Beisi. Now let's disassemble it to see how the internal scheme and materials are.
The gallium nitride fast charging launched by baseus Beisi is a long white body with 1c1a dual output interface. The usb-c port supports the maximum 67W output power, and also supports 3.3-11v5a PPS fast charging. The usb-a port supports Huawei SCP and QC fast charging, and the protocol supports comprehensive, fully meeting the daily charging needs.
According to the disassembly of charging head network, Beisi's gallium nitride charger adopts the sealed gallium nitride scheme of Nanxin, and uses Nanxin sc3057 sealed gallium nitride chip with sc3503 synchronous rectifier controller to form a switching power supply with fixed voltage output. The output is controlled by two sc9711 protocol chips with built-in step-down function. The core components in the charger are from Nanxin.
Three PCBs are welded inside the charger to evenly distribute the heat and reduce the temperature rise. The internal step-down converter and the protocol chip are welded on the vertical small board to make full use of the internal space. The PCBA module is pasted with a large-area heat conduction pad and brass heat sink for uniform heat dissipation. The materials and workmanship are very solid.
