Disassembly report: KUKE Mini 20W fast charger

2024-11-12

Recently, Xiaomi ecological chain enterprise KUKE entered the fast charging market with its own brand cuktech KUKE. Aiming at the current problem of gallium nitride fast charging, it launched a super thin fast charging gallium nitride called lighter 65W. The charging head network has been disassembled. This time, another Mini 20W fast charge launched by KUKE is disassembled. It is compact and compact in square shape and has 9v2.22a output gear, which meets the fast charge demand of Apple phones.

The following charging head network will disassemble the mini 20W charger of KUKE to see how the internal design and materials are used.

The 20W PD fast charging launched by cuktech KUKE has a simple appearance design, and the cuktech brand logo is printed on the side. The charger supports QC, AFC, FCP and other fast charging protocols. It has three groups of fixed voltage gears: 5v3a, 9v2.22a and 12v1.67a. It has good compatibility with Android and apple phones.

According to the disassembly of the charging head network, KUKE 20W fast charging uses the design of Xinpeng micro pn8161 + pn8307h high integrated QR synchronous rectifier power supply scheme. The two chips are packaged with so8, the internal integrated switch tube, and the peripheral components of the chip are simplified. At the same time, the protocol chip uses fullman silicon xpd720, and the application of three highly integrated chips greatly simplifies the design of 20W PD fast charging.

The charger is welded with three small plates to make full use of space. The input is filtered by kaizexin electrolytic capacitor, and the output is filtered by berrykai solid-state capacitor. The capacitors are insulated with rubber caps, and the internal components are glued and fixed. The materials and workmanship are very good.
