This all gallium nitride fast charging socket launched by Anke is designed with a soft rubber shell, which is very convenient to store wires and very beautiful. The socket is equipped with two new national standard five hole AC sockets and a safety door to prevent foreign matters from being inserted and ensure safety. It also has three 2C1A output interfaces, two USB-C interfaces support 65W fast charge output, and support blind power insertion to meet the charging requirements of laptops and mobile phones.
The charging head network learned from the disassembly that the Anke full GaN fast charging socket adopts the independent design of the fast charging power module and the socket module. The fast charging power module is composed of multiple PCBs welded and filled with glue to improve the strength and heat dissipation effect. The power supply adopts the south core gallium nitride fast charging scheme, with built-in SC3057 sealed gallium nitride chip and SC3520 synchronous rectifier controller. The gallium nitride synchronous rectifier tube, INN150LA070A, comes from Innosaco and forms a switching power supply with fixed voltage output.
The output uses two smart financial technology SW3536 for voltage reduction and protocol control. Two USB-C voltage reduction circuits are welded on independent small boards, and are strengthened with glue and enhanced heat dissipation. Neusoft carrier microcontroller is used internally to protect the whole machine. High voltage filter electrolytic capacitor and output solid state capacitor are all from Yongming.
