Disassembly report: ifory Anfrui mini 30W GaN charger

2024-09-20

Recently, the charging head network obtained a mini 30W fast charging charger from ifory affray, which can be said to be quite compact, about the same size as the 5V1A charger used by Apple, but its output power is 6 times, meeting the full speed fast charging requirements of Apple's iPhone 12/13 series phones. Now we will disassemble this charger to see how it is made.

Previously, the charging head network had disassembled Anfrui 63W USB PD dual port fast charging charger, Anfrui mini 20W PD fast charging charger and other products. Welcome to check.

The ifory affray charger has a small volume and 30W mainstream output power. It supports multiple fast charging protocols such as QC and PD. It also has five fixed voltage ranges of 5-20V and two PPS voltage ranges of 3.3-11V3A and 3.3-16V2A. It can not only meet the fast charging requirements of all iPhone 8-13 models, but also has good compatibility with some Android phones.

It is learned from the disassembly of the charging head network that the PCBA module of the charger is composed of two small boards, and the components are reinforced with glue

And insulation isolation. The charger adopts the Maorui core MK2697 high-frequency gallium nitride scheme, matched with INNSEC INN650DA04 gallium nitride power chip, and the Yunsi semiconductor XPD737 protocol chip controls the interface output.
