2024-01-02

INSIGNIA Yingya is an exclusive brand of Bestbuy Best Buy, focusing on consumer electronic products such as TV sets, refrigerators, air conditioners, Blu ray players, home theaters, and audio products. The products are very comprehensive and can meet the daily life needs of consumers. The charging head network has obtained a 2C1A GaN fast charge of the brand, which has 112W total output power and can charge three devices at the same time. Now we will disassemble this charger to see how the product is made.

Yingya's 112W GaN charger adopts a 2C1A three port design. Both C ports support 100W output, power blind insertion and automatic power distribution. USB-A port has 12W output, which can supply power for computer and mobile phone at the same time without mutual interference. The charger adopts a black shell and is equipped with folding pins, which is easy to store and carry.

Through disassembly, the charging head network learned that this charger uses flyback switching power supply, NCP1342 master control chip and nano micro NV6127 GaN power chip are used in the primary stage, and MP6908A is used in the secondary synchronous rectifier controller to form a switching power supply with fixed voltage output. The two USB-C interfaces use the Yingjixin IP2723T protocol chip to control the Ted TD1742 dual synchronous step-down controller for step-down output.

The USB-A port uses the Yingjixin IP6536 voltage drop chip for fixed 5V output. The built-in Chengxing and Jianghai electrolytic capacitors of the charger are used for high-voltage filtering, and the solid-state filtering capacitors are all from Brilliant. The charger PCBA module is wrapped with brass heat sink for heat dissipation, with compact internal structure and solid workmanship.
